Namaste Yogi

Namaste Hepburn is all about escaping to boutique accommodation centred around wellness in beautiful Hepburn Springs. A 4 bedroom house with a dedicate Heated Yoga Studio with a capacity of up-to 10 Yogi’s.


The space can be hired for short term escapes to run your own Yoga Retreats or a tailored Retreat run by Rick and Lisa Stokes, where Rick will provide the Yoga experience and Lisa home cooked meals throughout your stay, tailored to your requirements, Vegetarian, Vegan or whatever your dietary requirements. 


Rick is a 200 Hour RYT and also completed a Yin YTT course and has completed the first stage of an Advanced 300 Hour YTT specialising in Mandala Vinyasa Flows and the 5 Elements of Chinese Medicine he specialises in along with epic Meditation experiences to completely clear your mind.  Your stay will include Vinyasa Practice along with Yin and Meditation experiences sprinkled throughout your stay, expect to be challenged and reinvigorated.

Meet Rick, your Host

Namaste Rick

Rick has always been interested in fitness and wellness but not until burning out in Corporate life did he embrace a more holistic lifestyle. Rick completed a 200 hour YTT along with a 50 hour Yin Yoga YTT and is currently studying a 300 Hour Advanced YTT centred around Mandala Vinyasa and the 5 Elements of Chinese Medicine and is currently teaching in Studios in Geelong and in Hepburn Springs. His style of teaching is to offer an authentic take on the true meaning of Yoga, everyone deserves to experience Yoga in loving environment to bring hope, love, happiness and joy to most importantly you, this love will quickly spread to everyone around you.
